Children’s Community School’s curriculum prepares children for citizenship in a democracy. And so at every step, we relate study to life. We believe that children, just like adults, learn best when they are active participants in the world around them. While our curriculum is designed to help your child reach his or her academic potential, we also address the varying learning styles of all of our students to create an environment that challenges every learner. A CCS education produces self-motivated students who develop a lifelong desire to learn and question, an appreciation for the value of friendship, a strong personal relationship with the school, and the commitment to be of service to others. At CCS, we cultivate leaders who meet the complexities of a changing world with confidence, competence, and good character.
