Students will learn acro and gymnastics tricks including balances (handstand, headstand, elbow stand), power tumbling including round-offs, cartwheels, and aerials, and limbering tricks including front limbers, bridge kick-overs, and back-bends. This class is appropriate for students with a basic knowledge of gymnastics or acrobatics.
