This fitness class will give kids the chance to move their bodies, get the wiggles out, and burn off some of that pent-up energy! Get ready to move your body to some cool tunes and fun music. We will also learn the importance of physical activity and making healthy choices. Fitness classes for kids are very beneficial in both the short term and long term. Looking forward to breaking a sweat with you all!
